Patent Manager/Senior Patent Engineer 　　

Job Description：

a.    Patent application affairs and patent maintenance work

b.   Responsible for application, writing and examination of patents, answering comments of examination, reexamination and invalidation

c.    Patent information retrieval, collection and reorganization

d.   PCT patent application and foreign patent application affairs

e.   Communicate with R&D; develop patent cases

f.    Operation work after patents authorized

g.   Utilize patents to support operation work of the company

h.   Other relevant intellectual property affairs

Job Requirements：

a.    Master’s degree or above in science and engineering, background of laws is preferred

b.   Familiar with intellectual property agency business, with 3+ years’ experience; patent agent qualification certificate or 3+ years’ working experience on patent in enterprise is preferred

c.    Familiar with international patent application (PCT) flow; working experience of international intellectual property agent is preferred

d.   Good literal presentation skills; ability to write patent application documents independently

e.   Familiar with specialized knowledge of mechanics, electronics, and material, etc

f.    Proficient in using office softwares and the Internet; familiar with general mapping softwares

g.   Conscientious, responsible, dependable, pragmatic, meticulous, patient; ability to work under pressure

h.   Good presentation skills, good at communication, dedicated to work, and having team spirit

i.     Integrite and honest; enthusiastic at work; willing to keep learning and aspirant

j.     Initiative and responsible

k. English level above CET-4, and proficient in practice
